Microsoft Azure VM Sizes

Here is a useful list of Azure VM sizes, the XML parameter is what you would use in the configuration files for your PaaS instance. Specifically the 'ServiceDefinition.csdef' file. For example:

WorkerRole name="MyCacheWorkerRole" vmsize="Medium"
