Rebuild "Recorded TV" database in Windows Media Center
As usual, short and sweet:
Look in
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome
Find the file that looks like "mcepg3-0.db"
Delete it
The numbers maybe different on your system, but you'll see it.
