A customer experienced this error when trying to copy a file from their laptop to their server-based home drive. Initially the customer assumed that this was due to some quota that I had imposed on their home drive. Actually this is caused by a limit based on how much data was allowed to sync as part of 'offline files and folders'. If you go to CONTROL PANEL - SYNC CENTER you can adjust the limits there. Obviously the caveat is that you maybe able to store a file on the server that is, say, 4TB in size but if you allow unlimited sync then it's going to blow up your laptop.
