Lync wants to use the OC_KeyContainer_emailaddress

I started getting this error after upgrading my Lync 2013 recently on my MacBook Air. I am not entirely sure what is wrong with the upgrade process but fortunately the solution is simple.

Navigate to /Library/Keychains

and delete the file named

OC_KeyContainer_

Then restart Lync, it will recreate a fresh file.
