Audio CD name flickers on Apple Music appearing and vanishing.
When you insert an Audio CD into your Mac, the name of the CD appears to appear and disappear continuously every second and you cannot rip the CD.
I am not sure how this condition is created, for me it was after upgrading the Mac OS to Monterey. Any how, it was solved by navigating to ~/Library/Preferences and noticing that I had thousands of 'CD Info.cidb' files.
- Close the Music App
- Delete all copies of CD Info.cidb
- Restart the Music App.
